The Program Manager acts as a consultant and strategic business partner for FacilitySource, providing facilities management to ensure the sustainment of a positive and productive work environment in the Service Delivery Department while supporting the needs of the client.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide oversight for the day to day management of core trade facilities management services impacting our clients
Manages trade projects, including equipment repairs and replacements, preventative maintenance plans, site surveys and RFP submittals
Oversee the analysis and negotiations of vendor and subcontractor proposals for client.
Influence and work directly with clients to gain full understanding of their business and strategies and apply creative trade facilities management techniques to bring a return on the clientâs investment
Oversee the creation and submittal of customizations for the client as well as manage the changes to completion.
Interaction at all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Analyze and review client specific data pertaining to clients trade activity, missed ETAâs, high volume and frequency work orders, work order status summary, aged invoicing, vendor scorecards, and financial updates.
Operate within clientsâ and FacilitySourceâs agreed terms to meet cost avoidance and reduction objectives as established by the company
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven management skills centered around communication, organization, strategic planning and executing on deliverables
Ability to improve job costs through negotiation with vendors
Ability to conduct research to ensure accuracy of all estimates
Ability to recognize cost-saving opportunities and provide alternate options when needed
Energy Management Systems knowledge and principles.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multi task large volumes of work
High degree of maturity, being conscientious and ethical
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Four year degree in related field and/or 8 + yearsâ work related experience
Three to Five years management experience
Experience utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred
Previous experience in managing facilities processes and data analysis
